Returns and Exchanges

All of our items are custom made for each buyer after the order is placed. You are encouraged to read the details and measurements given in the item listing before purchasing as the following return policies apply:

All sales are final on all apparel and wood signs unless there is damage from shipping or an error on our part.

Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for any custom order unless there is damage from shipping or an error on our part. This includes items that have been re-sized; mirrored; or personalized with name, number, initials, etc. 


Don't see what you are looking for? Don't hesitate to send us a message and we will be happy to work with you on making your creation to your specifications. Most items can be changed in color, size, or may be "mirrored" to accommodate requests.

 

Unless otherwise arranged we normally ship our items within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. Our items are shipped via USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for items being lost or damaged by the shipping service. 

If you wish to purchase insurance for your shipment, please contact us and let us know in advance since that will be an additional fee.
